The Rigging Training Unit, "RGT", has been designed for the study of techniques to move loads of various shapes, sizes and types safely.

The unit consists of an adjustable height gantry frame made of welded steel and beam attachment points.

The unit includes different devices such as pins, ropes, slings, chains, bars and tools to move and install machines, assemble the gantry crane, lift various shaped construction materials, lift hand powered and power lifting mechanisms, moving a machine using a double-chain sling, etc.

Besides, the student can perform safety inspections on all lifting apparatus equipment.
